1. what is a morsel?
a morsel is a bite-sized bakery treat made in traverse city, michigan. all morsels are baked in the same sized and shaped pans, but each is its own variety. morsels come in brownies, cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, etc. they are each truly a morsel-sized version of the bigger variety.
2. shipping, returns and refund info?
shipping
morsels are shipped frozen and insulated to the 48 contiguous states via 1-day or 2-day shipping service. we cannot ship to p.o. box addresses. to maintain optimum freshness, we recommend using 1-day shipping service whenever possible. however, we also offer 2-day shipping service. For quantities over 100, please contact us.

* someone must be available to accept delivery when choosing 2nd day delivery service due to the 7:00 pm latest delivery time. delays will result if the shipping carrier attempts to deliver to a business address after the business has closed.
return policy
because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns.
refund policy:
we make every effort to protect your morsels from damage during shipping, though once your morsels leave our facility, they are at the mercy of the carrier. any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt. generally, we do not offer refunds, however, if you are not satisfied with your morsels, we will work with you to find an acceptable remedy to the issue. call 231.421.1353 when our office is open monday through friday, 10 am to 4 pm est for assistance.
shipping refunds are not given for any reason including: shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
3. i've received my morsels, how do i keep them fresh?
whatever you do, keep them in an airtight container. you can freeze them for up to 4 weeks, refrigerate them for up to a week or keep them on the counter for a day or two. if storing in the freezer or fridge, allow them to come to room temperature for about an hour before serving.
4. i'm planning a party, how many morsels should i order?
if there will be other food or dessert, we usually say 2-3 per person. if morsels will be the only food or dessert, better say 3-4 per person. of course, we have been able to eat a dozen in one sitting, so make your judgment based on your guests' level of desire for delicious, bite-sized desserts.
5. i'm getting married! do you do weddings?
yes! we have done a number of different morsel packages for weddings, including trays for bridal showers, custom wedding favors, morsels dessert tables, and even gifts for out-of-town guests. give us a call (231.421.1353) or email and we'll discuss your wedding plans!
6. i've had a morsel flavor that i don't see online, can i get it?
maybe. some of our flavors are impractical to ship. they are just too delicate to make it through the perilous process of being shipped. send us an email with the flavor you'd like though, and we'll see what we can do to get it to you.
7. do you have a wholesale program?
we do! we ask for a fein# so that we can omit the sales tax. we also ask you to set up an account with us at least a week prior to your need for morsels and then give us two days notice to get them made. give us a call (231.421.1353) or download our account set-up form (330k pdf) to get started.
8. do you cater?
yes! we definitely do large, special orders of both our morsels and our boxed lunches. too busy to pick up your order? we can deliver, depending on the situation. give us a call (231.421.1353) or email and we can discuss your unique needs.
