shipping policy

to maintain optimum freshness, morsels recommends using next day delivery service whenever possible. however, we also offer 2nd day delivery service. next day delivery charges are $29 for the first dozen and $10 for each dozen thereafter up to 8 dozen. 2nd day delivery charges are $15 for the first dozen and $6 for each dozen thereafter up to 8 dozen. for quantities over 8 dozen, please contact us.

** someone must be available to accept delivery when choosing 2nd day delivery service due to the 7:00 pm latest delivery time. delays will result if the shipping carrier attempts to deliver to a business address after the business has closed.

return policy

unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns.

refund policy:

once your morsels leave our facility, they are at the mercy of the carrier. we make every effort to protect your morsels from damage during shipping. any damage that is incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt. generally, we do not offer refunds, however, if you are not satisfied with your morsels, we will work with you to find an acceptable remedy to the issue. call 231-421-1353 when our office is open monday through friday,10 am to 4 pm est for assistance.

shipping refunds are not given for any reason including: shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
